Anyone using R744002 SEPA Payment?

We are investigating the SEPA payments.  We set up our banks and R744002 to generate the XML bank transit file.

We send them to our banks and the result we get is that the xml file is not accepted because the amounts are , (comma) seperated instead of . (point) seperated.  All the rest is OK.

I opened a Service Request but I wonder if other European Users have the same issue.  In the user set-up the decimal seperator is , (comma) and not . (point).  If we change the user set-up the problem is solved but our users won't accept this because in Belgium/France the comma is the decimal sperator and not the point.
