Tasks with status 'Work Completed' are not visible in UWQ

Hi,

we have the problem, that tasks with the status 'Work Completed' or a status having the 'Work Completed' flag in the status set to 'Yes' are not in the UWQ anymore. But they should be visible until the are closed. Work Completed is only from a field technician point of view but the task still needs to be checked for billing purposes and then be closed. Are we missing some set up that it disappears or is this a BUG.
