Create_ServiceRequest API

Could someone please point me in the right direction for information concerning the public API Create_ServiceRequest. I have already read "R12 Oracle Service Release - Service Request Public API Documentation. (Doc ID 390479.1)" but am a little confused as it does not mention anything about specifying SR sttributes, do i need to specify attributes, and if so, how do I find out which ones to specify? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated,
