additions integrator

Hi - we are experiencing the following when using additions integrator - complete the template then upload in R11 if there were errors then the sheet wouldn't load until you have fixed all lines, but now in 12 we see that the correct lines load but not the errors - users are used to the R11 way of loading so now in 12 they fix the error lines and then load the sheets again - which results in the correct lines being loaded again - is this a bug or intended functionality?
