Need to aggregate nics for SC 3.2 network failover group

I have aggregated two nics (nxge0, nxge1) together into aggr1 and created a group sc_ipmp0 for SC 3.2.  I now want to aggregate together two other nics (e1000g0, e1000g1) and make a failover group such that the e1000 aggregate will take over if the aggr1 aggregate fails.  My /etc/hostname.aggr1 looks like:  server group sc_ipmp0 -failover
Can someone please help me with the proper commands/syntax to set this up?
