Hi all,
Database : 10.2.0.4
OS: HP-UX 11.23 - 64bits
we are running a physical standby configuration for 2 databases - everything hosted on the same machines.
For one of these databases, we are running 24/24h 7/7d without any problems. For the second database, the redo logs stop applying on the physical standby, due to unexpected shutdown of the Backup Media Recovery process.
Errors raised in alert.log (and in the mrp0 trace file) show a ORA-27300 error, like :
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:pw_post failed with status: 22
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Invalid argument
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: sskgpwpost0
ORA-27303: additional information: ukid = 2000549308297836605, errno = 22
