RAC Instances doesn*t start

In our 8 Node Rac 3 Instances doesn't start and the other instances not work correct:

Problem Description: Starting 3 of 8 instances, LMON terminated the instance (Error: KGXGN polling error (15)
, ORA-29702: error occurred in Cluster Group Service operation)

Version 10.2.0.3.0

OS: OEL X86-64

Any ideas?
