How to Personalize Trade Planning - Offers page from Functional Administrator Resp - Personalization

Hi All,
Has anybody worked on personalizing the Trade Planning-Offer Details Page.

 Actually i need to modify the query at the line level table in Manage Offers Page ( for any offer type scan or lumpsum or Accrual)
 Item Name column is a LOV and we need to constrain the values returned by this query.

Is it possible through personalization ?  please give in your responses, share your ideas how it can be done..
