Failed Collections errors persist

I have 11.1 Grid Control on AIX and I am monitoring server Oracle 10g Application Servers.  They all show the following pair or Collection Failure errors:

  •  Type  Single Sign-On Server
     Metric  Metrics of User DN,Guid and Role
     Collection Timestamp  Nov 16, 2011 12:38:42 PM
     Error Type  Collection Failure
     Message  Can't get query descriptor or execution descriptor
  •  Type  Single Sign-On Server
     Metric  Most Activity Users Metrics
     Collection Timestamp  Nov 16, 2011 12:38:42 PM
     Error Type  Collection Failure
     Message  Can't get query descriptor or execution descriptor

Everything is up and running fine, I am seeing performance data on the sso pages.  How can I remove these errors?
