Merged Child Lines not posting to Asset

We are on version 12.06 and we are haiving an issue where the we have child line in the mass addtions not posting when the parent line post. This data is feeding from AP and the Post Mass Additions program is running successfully and updating the child record to Posted however the source lines are not being added to the CIP asset
