 Hi, 

I was planning to make full backups (11gr2) to disk an then copy the complete recovery area to tape with 

backup recovery area;

I tested it and work perfectly, but

 in case I need to restore the information from the last week, what are the instructions in order to restore some specific date of recovery area to the disk, or how to recover the database from any of them.
