Oracle database Service is getting down abruptly

Hi,

Our production service is running on Windows Server 2003 machine and have total memory of 8GB.

Oracle database server has been migrated from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2 and from then the Oracle service is getting down frequently.

It is not logging any exceptions in alert.log or in any trace files but service is getting down.

After migration we didn’t not do any changes in memory parameters like shared pool, db cache size etc.

ASMM  & AMM are disabled.

Can you please analyze the issue guide us to proceed further.
