Critical Event 'The database status is UNKNOWN' after blackout ends

I schedule a blackout in EM12c for a cold backup, but immediately after the blackout ends, a Critical Event "The database status is UNKNOWN." is raised (and immediately cleared by a 'The database status is OPEN.') The cold backup has long finished when the blackout ends, and the database is in fact up and running.
How can I prevent this 'The database status is UNKNOWN' - event ?
