How can I get email support?
I find the web support tool extremely inefficient to use and every time I am forced to use it my feed back reflects my experience (that is: dissatisfied customer - no matter how well the people solving the issue did).
How do I avoid using the web support tool and use email instead, so I can become a satisfied customer?
