How to see details from Financial Tax Register?

I am trying to see Tax details for Payables in an CSV format - using the Financial Tax Register. I did read 1073468.1 How to Use and Troubleshoot the Financial Tax Register in Release 12 E-Business Tax - but I'm lost at the last step. When the RX-Only report complets no RXI publisher is invoked (?)

I am using Tax Manager responsability. I did ran the Tax Register and that does provide an output only user would like CSV or Excel format. I tried more than 15 parameters combinations, also as per Metalink note, but I don't think that's the problem.

I think I am missing something, but I am not sure how I can get the output from this RX report. Can anyone help?
