Siebel 7.5.3 on Windows 2003 Server

We are currently running Siebel 7.5.3.17, and I need to rebuild our Siebel application servers, which are running on Windows 2000.  I want to install Siebel on Windows 2003 servers.  I know this isn't a supported platform, but I need to get us off these Windows 2000 servers (Conficker virus). 

Anyone have any experience with this? Any known issues?  I've read how to install in compatibily mode, so I think I can get the install done.  Its really running the applicatino in production (e.g. Object Manager & IIS) that I'm worried about.
