Delete a Windows user profile will damage to Oracle DB?

Hi Oracle,

For fixing a SFTP client error, my user profile in Windows Server 2008 need be restarted.

My user account in the database server is a local user. All oracle software and Oracle database was installed/created by the user. There are a lots of Window schedules created by the user. All SFTP configuration were done by the user.

Can the user's profile be deleted without damaging database?
