When an employee is terminated, a severance payment is the next step to terminate all payroll processes for that person, this payment is processed in a quickpay run.
If the severance payment date is in the same period of the employee termination date, the quickpay runs perfectly, however, if that payment is processed in a subsequent period, the ex-employee is skipped.
Is there something that I can verify to solve this issue?
