Order Release Not Respecting Is_Split_Allowed of Ob_Line

Hello,

   We got a situation.  For one order base, we got 3 ob_lines.  The total weight (for all the 3 ob_lines) is greater than 50000 LB.  While creating the ob_line, we are setting ob_line.is_split_allowed to NO.  But while the order is getting released, system is not respecting the flag ob_line.is_spli_allowed.  Our Order Release is splitting the order.

   Can some one help me with this?
