Custom Validation in Seeded Web ADI Integrator

Can some one please help me find out f there is a way of putting custom validation in Seeded Web ADI Integrator.

Example, In projects there is a field called as Transaction Source which shows both seeded as well as the custom names. We dont want the seeded ones in the drop down, how can we handle this.

Any pointers will be really helpful.
