Store Level MIS Tracking

Dears,

We have a requirement where in  we need to track store level data to monitor tertiary trend, consumer preferences, salesman efficiency, market outstanding, etc. We have been using a template for manual tracking but the salesmen are not able to enter data in the system as it is time consuming.

All the information keyed in by the sales oficers will be sent to the ASM's for their review and comments.

Can any body let me know if any solution is readily available (or) need to be customized
