Reserve Funds Button at Create Budget Journal Form

 Dear All,

We are using 11i and also have enabled the budgetary control and encumbrance accounting. I want to know that what is the functionality of "Reserve Funds" button when we are creating the budget journal.
Because when we reserve and create the journal but not "POST" the budget journal. System allow user to enter the actual expense.
