OOTB VBC enhancement

In the context of the ACR 500 implementation we intend to enhance the applet named "ISS Promotion CP Structure Form Applet" within the Promotion Administration view. The applet includes commitment information and is based on a VBC named "ISS Promotion CP Structure Admin BusComp" which is a vanilla one with own class.
What we like to do is enhance the VBC logic at this point, but as the VBC is OOTB with invisible business service, we cannot reach the logic here.
The applet and the VBC has to be enhanced with following fields and the according logic incl. mapping.
