Unable to use BI Publisher Word addin due to &H80040111 (-2147221231)

Good day.Can anybody help me to set up my BI Publisher Word Addin? When I push any of the buttons of this plugin, even help button, the error occures:
System Error &H80040111 (-2147221231).
How to cope with this problem?
I tried to remove Microsoft Office, BI Publisher Plugin, tried to clean the registry, but nothing helped.
