Ask about free tool for DW

 Hi all,
   I know Oracle gave two tool are ODI and OWB for data warehouse (DW). I also were download and setup ODI (also create some small project on it). I wonder that this two tools free or not ? And are there some free tool to support ETL/ELT in WD ?
