6140 controller B in lockdown code 88
6140 unit, failed controller B. When replacement is attempted we are getting code 88 which means controller held in lockdown by peer. Have tried multiple controllers, power off and on etc with no resolution.
Has anyone run into this and do you have a fix. We have looked through all docs and have not resolution to the issue. If we can't find a resolution are next steps are going to be a sys-wipe and rebuild and restore. We are not receiving mechanical position error which was the only hit I found for lockdown of controller.
