MFS-- Modified Customer Name does not sync to MFS CLient

Hello,

Can you please let me know if anybody has seen the issue where a customer name once modified in the customer standard does not sync to the MFS Client..Here is the scenario

1) Create SR with Customer A and assign the task1 to FE

2)Sync the task1 to FE

3)From the customer standard form change the customer name

4) Create another SR with modified customer name and assign task2 to FE

5)When the task2 is synced the customer name still shows the customer bame from point 1 but does not sync the modified customer name

6) JTM Master Concurrent Parameter with Customer parameter runs every 5 mts
