Not allowing 0.00 Entries to be posted in the GL

We are currently on Release 12.1 and when we interface our sub-ledgers to the General Ledger we have thousands of $0.00 Entries being transferred and posted to the General Ledger.  Does anyone know how we can eliminate this from ocurring?
