How to migrate File type attachments from one instance to another..

Hello
I have requirement to migrate some sales order from 11.5.10 source instance to 11.5.10 target instance with attachments. Question is how to migrate the file type attachments from source to destination instance as they stored on database as LOB files. Is there any api's available to achieve my task?
