Unableto Select Secondary Ledger for FA Tax Book

I am unable to select the secondary Ledger from the tax book even after following the steps recommended in the Ledger enhancement for Oracle asset set up The secondary ledger is not available in the LOV

Both Ledgers uses the same Chart of Accounts , currency,Calendar but different Accounting Method. The secondary ledger uses conversion method of Balances
