In IE browser - Discrepancy layout, in Firefox it's ok

Discrepancy layout with IE browser

Steps to Reproduce:
Discrepancy layout with IE browser.
Using the version of IE8 browser will present a report layout different from that displayed by Firefox.
The layout and 'correct viewing only use Firefox.

Any hint what could be the cause?
I uploaded also some print screens to have a clear picture of the issue.
