Reporting on Ingredient Specifications in Oracle Agile PLM for Process (v 6.0.0.3)

Is there a way to create a report listing GSM Ingredient Specifications and their Shelf Life data in Oracle Agile PLM for Process application?    We have the data populated in the system but don't see how to extract it into a report.
