having issue in grid control 11g advisor central after selecting a SQL tunning task where it shows a

I select a database and then go to performance and then advisor central and look for SQL tuning tasks and some select fine and allow implementation of recommendation but some show the current operation was interrupted because it timed out as the last line to the list of recommndations and then gets Internet explorer cannot find address to webpage if you select any recommndations listed to implement.  Looking for a solution because it works on the same db for some sql tuning tasks but not others.  Could the list of recommendations be too long?  is there a way to adjust
