Collapse Outline by Default in Form?

I have a form with time dimension in the column. My time dimension has weeks, months, quarters and total year. When the form opens it is always fully expanded to the week level.

Is there a way to set the amount of expansion of the outline?

For instance right now I would like to have the form open like this Qtr1(+) Qtr2(+) Qtr3(+) Oct(+) Nov(+) Wk49 Wk50 Wk51 Wk52 Dec(-) Qtr4(-) Year(-)

If it was just this it would be a big improvement: Qtr1(+) Qtr2(+) Qtr3(+) Qtr4(+) Year(-)
