Not able to view interaction under interaction tab even though it is created in jtf_ih_interactions

hi

I have created interaction by using Seeded API jtf_ih_pub.create_interaction.. interaction  record are present in jtf_ih_interaction but not visible under interaction tab  of SR form

Please help
