Planning Process Management (Approvals, Plan Cycle) - why is not the budget form editable for person
I am quite new to Planning, and I am trying to figure out how the approval process works. I have this test environment in version 11.1.2.1.0.83.
As the administrator I start the Plan Cycle and promote to the next person (X). The budget form this person (X) is supposed to edit is not editable. Just to see if he has the right access, I stop the Plan Cycle (as the administrator) and log in as this other person (X) and then the form is editable. Why is that?
I have read document ID 1226783.1 and Chapter 9 - Managing the budgeting process in Admin guide, release 11.1.2.1.
