Direct Finance with Operating Lease Product Characteristics

Hi All,
I have a case where I need to define a lease product which is recognizing both Asset Cost/Depreciation & Accrue the Pre-Tax Income (Interest Income).
Problem is that only 2 Lease Product Classification available during Setup which is Operating (recognize Asset Cost/Depreciation - Accrue Total Rent) & Direct Finance (Asset Cost = 0 & Accrue Interest Income), can I let Direct Finance to recognize asset cost or let Operating to accrue Pre-Tax Income by any workaround!
