US PAY: Adjusting 2010 W2

I need to process a W2C for 2010.  I understand how to complete the W2C and the 941X; however, is it necessary to complete balance adjustments in Oracle for the 2010 corrections being made since 2010 has already been closed out?  The adjustment is for April 2010.
