Reassign ownership of records associated with territory realingnment

Hi,

We are managing territories via Books.

We have the following requirements:

a.       When territory of an user is changed, all records should be reassigned to the new territory owner

b.      When Administrator/Sales Manager creates an account and changes territory, record ownership should be reassigned to territory owner automatically.

How can we update the value of a custom account field (which traces/defaults to Owner's Region value), when Administrator manually changes owner's region in CRMOD? Does crm od allow creation of integration events for this? This is to achieve requirement 'a'.

Can we update name of an associated book on the record detail page on a custom field? Can this be achievd via configuration?
