Integrity Reports- SRs & Appts
We're working on integrity reports to ensure that all Service Requests have an Appointment Associated. When I use any of the reports (from Service Requests or from Appointments in both Analytics & Reporting) and expose the SR# field & Appointment "Type" fields, it only lists the SR#s with an Appointment. How do you have it include all SR#s with or without an Appointment?
