Window 7 with XP VMWare for EBS suite 11.5.10.2

 Hi,

Compagny want's to use VMWare XP on a Window7 station for user that are using EBS.

Actually, EBS is not supported because we are not a "Minimun required patch". We will be "minimun required patch" in june and then, we will be able to support window7 with iE8 directly (without VMware)

We are also using Client ADI until juin. Then we will be WEB ADI.

We are looking as VMWARE XP on window7 PC as a temporary solution for 6 month.

Does anyone actually use VMWARE XP with IE7, Jinitiater 1.3.1.18 to access EBS 11.5.10.2 RUP5?

If yes, was it as "transparent" ? Was is easy to deploy? Did you get some issues? Do you need special configuration of vmware?
