Restore Gateway & Siebel server on new servers.

Our old Siebel dev & test environments got destroyed, so we are doing a new installation of Siebel 7.5.3.  I have access to the old server files, including the Gateway (siebns.dat) and other cfg files. 

What do I need (what files) and what process do I need to follow to restore the old configuration on these new servers, which will have the same names as the old servers.  I am planning to follow the typical installation steps, and I will skip over steps that seem not unnecessary, e.g. creating the database b/c I'm restoring from our prod db.  Does anyone have/know the simplified steps to reinstall Siebel when restoring from an old environment.
