FASTR reports are not accurate now that we upgraded to A9.2 from A7.3

We just upgraded from A7.3 to A9.2, my financials are correct, but the FASTR reports are not.  I checked to see if all of the settings and selections were the same and they are the same in A9.2. 

Does anyone know of specific problems and how to fix them in order to get accurate FASTR reports?
