Receiving Internal Error after pressing 'finish' in the configurator

Is anyone else having this problem?  We use Internet Explorer.  When users are testing configurations at times we will see very slow response, or the user receives an Internal Error when the user presses 'finish'.   The configuration could take 10-20 minutes to provide results, was recommended to review metalink 1154201.1 and 1327687.1. - neither apply as the problem is happening when the user presses 'finish'.

This can be random, the same quote and same data can be processed and works fine, however later in the day or days later the user gets the Internal Error.
