Cleaning Weblogic logfiles - trusted CA certificate errors on low security deployments

edited Dec 8, 2011 3:19PM in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC)

For projects where you are not setting up SSL and proper certificates you are likely to get a lot of Weblogic log file errors along the line of

####... <Notice> <Security> ... <BEA-090898> <Ignoring the trusted CA certificate "CN=T-TeleSec GlobalRoot Class 2,OU=T-Systems Trust Center,O=T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH,C=DE". The loading of the trusted certificate list raised a certificate parsing exception PKIX: Unsupported OID in the AlgorithmIdentifier object: 1.2.840.113549.1.1.11.>

For each of those you can delete the corresponding key from the demo certificate store.

These keys used below are the invalid ones for a recent version of JRockit (For build R28.0.1-21-133393-1.6.0_20-20100512-2126-linux-x86_64)

Howdy, Stranger!
