Urgent: Lumpsum offer association to claims

Hi

I have created 2 lumpsum offers - one through the Trade Management screen and the other through using our conversion code. Both the offers are created with the same data values. However when I create a claim and try to associate the offer to the claim, the associate earnings page only displays the offer created manually. It does not show the offer created through conversion. Even if I search using the converted offer code in the Associate Earnings page, it does not show up in the results.

Do we need to check some other tables apart from OZF_OFFERS, AMS_ACT_PRODUCTS to see if there is any difference in the data between the 2 offers? Or can you send any details about how this association works for lumpsum offers, what data does the standard API look at to show up the offer in the search results of Associate earnings?
