Seting up Functional Link between Inernal Requisition and Interorg transfer

Dear all,

we are having a requirement , our client has a requirement, for all the internal requisitions raised, we dont want them to be converted as internal sales order .Ineasted we shall be doing an inter-org transfer with reference to the internal requisition , Is there a standard way of achieving this functionality or we have to setup a DFF to achieve this. please help me out on this , we are using 12.1.3
