Running Jobs without preferred credentials

Hi,Because of SOX restrictions we are not able to have a  host generic user password to run jobs in the host. We don't want to have one host id for each server since we have hundreds of servers and we will have to change the password frequently.

Is there a way to run OS/DB jobs without giving host username/password in Grid Console? Right now if you don't enter username/password it gives you an error.
Something like give SSH keys instead of host credentials?

Thanks
