Accessing Record from Report
When I select the subject, the CRM says the Appt was either deleted or assigned to a new user (not allowing me to view it) when I select the Appt from the report. Shouldn't have to do with Access controls since I'm able to view & open the Appt from the Customer Record, and I am on the owner's shared group.
Any thoughts? Do I need to change the data format to something other than "=/OnDemand/user/ApptDetail"?
