EDI Translators for eCommerce Gateway - 850 Inbound

We are going to setup eCommerce Gateway for 850 inbound EDI transactions.  Looks like Oracle's eCommerce interface file definition for the 850 inbound isn't anything like a standard 850 X12.  In the Oracle documentation they mention that a third party EDI Translator software package is needed to take in the standard EDI files and convert the data into a format that Oracle eCommerce Gateway expects the data to be in - Interface File Definition POI Map EC_POI_FF.  How do we find companies that provide that software?  Is the file format that Oracle is expecting an 'industry standard' format or just something
